Ramsés Gallego With a background in business administration (MBA) and law, Ramsés has been a security expert for over 25 years with extensive experience in risk management and governance. Ramsés is now International Chief Technology Officer for OpenText Cybersecurity, where he defines the company's vision and mission, purpose and promise in this area. He also ensures the proper execution of the department. Previously, he was a Strategist & Evangelist in the Office of the CTO at Symantec. Prior to that, he worked at Dell Security and CA Technologies for 5 and 8 years respectively, he was Regional Manager for SurfControl in Spain and Portugal and also Chief Strategy Officer for the Security and Risk Management division at Entelgy. Ramsés was a member of ISACA's CISM and CGEIT Certification Committees for three years, as well as a member of the Guidance & Practices Committee for three years, where deliverables are developed for the community. He is now Immediate Past President of the ISACA Barcelona Chapter and played a crucial role in the planning committee that prepared the very first ISACA World Congress in Washington in June 2011. He was also a member of the ISACA CISM PATF Task Force.
